Shipping data

VENUS SRL will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart. The only data valid for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the copy of the order, therefore the customer is required to check all the data contained in the copy of the order he will receive by email. VENUS SRL cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or without useful information to identify the place of delivery.

Fulfillment timing

Orders will be processed within 24/48 working hours of payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing will take longer. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following timetable: 9.00/16.00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed starting from the following working day.
The company does not ship on public holidays and days before public holidays and during winter or summer holidays not highlighted on the calendar but internal to the company; the same is therefore not required to communicate any delays for these closures and the Customer cannot be reimbursed for delays of this kind, he will therefore have to wait for the reopening for the fulfillment of his order.
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with or if the envelope marking sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to:

Customs taxes and duties

VENUS SRL ships with the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula, i.e. any local sales taxes and customs duties are excluded.
If you are a resident of a non-European country, we advise you to inform yourself about local taxes and duties before placing an order.
Please be aware that any local sales taxes or customs duties will be charged directly to the customer by the courier on each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

In Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destinations outside Europe , the displayed product price does not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties within these destinations are collected upon delivery.
