Return and refund
The return and refund can be exercised without any penalty, this occurs in the case in which the company sends goods different from those ordered or the product in question is defective or damaged.
The return can be exercised within 10 days of receiving the goods and is exercised by sending an email to info@pop84.com. Within the same period or at the same time, the goods must be returned.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all the tags. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The cost of shipping can be paid either by bank transfer or PayPal account. The price paid will be replaced with other goods if the customer wishes, otherwise it will be refunded within 30 days of the return of the goods (the right of withdrawal is excluded for products that have been customized or already replaced) or, if the customer wishes, a Coupon Code of the total value of the order will be provided to be used for the next 30 days.
Refunds are made via bank transfer or PayPal account.
Exchange of goods
If the product shipped is compliant with the order, the customer can exercise the right of return for exchange of goods, therefore the size, the color variant or the product will be replaced completely. The procedure to follow is:
- Write an email to info@pop84.com within 2 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
- Follow the return procedure methods as per the communication received from our customer service.
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags attached. Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
We will only replace items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. The product must be returned within 2 working days of receiving the instructions received from our customer service. The exchange will be managed within 4/5 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. The outcome of the exchange will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement).
For Italy, the costs for the exchange of goods, which include Outward and Return, are paid by the customer at a cost of 15 euros.

The costs for the definitive return of the product are paid by the customer.
