1. Introduction and commercial policy

The following General Conditions of Sale refer exclusively to the presentation, offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on pop84.com. In order to purchase through our site, the following conditions are required:
- Be over the age of 18;
- Have a personal and valid e-mail address;
- Possess the requirements to access and legally enter into binding contracts;
- Possess a credit card for certification and payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Paypal, or possess a Current Account to arrange a Bank Transfer.
The purchase can only be concluded for the items published on pop84.com and while stocks last. Our pop84.com web sales channel is aimed exclusively at all those users who are "final consumers", i.e. any natural person who acts on pop84.com for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. VENUS SRL reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with our commercial policy.

2. Conclusion of the contract

For the conclusion of the purchase of one or more pop84.com products it is essential to first register the user by following the guided purchase procedure, and the consequent acceptance of all the sales clauses in addition to the provisions in point 1 of these general conditions of sale. Before proceeding with the definitive purchase of the products, the user is required to accept these General Conditions of Sale and use of the site and to check the data entered. We want to highlight that the user who does not agree with some or even one of the terms and conditions set out in the General Conditions of Sale is invited not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.pop84.com. At the end of this phase of entering the above data, the user will have to pay for the order to allow the conclusion of the contract. Once payment has been made, the purchase order is taken over by www.pop84.com which will send an order confirmation email received. Once the availability of the ordered product has been verified, www.pop84.com will consider the contract concluded and will confirm the execution of the order via email with all the relative information. In the event of a non-concluded contract which however has generated a payment of the price, VENUS SRL will promptly refund the amount already paid by the user.

3. Warranties

On www.pop84.com POP84 exclusive branded products are offered for sale, www.pop84.com does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on new.pop84.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.pop84.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used and no exception can be raised in this regard by the consumer.

4. Modification and updating of the General Conditions of Sale

The General Conditions of Sale may be modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Conditions of Sale are in any case effective from the date of publication on www.pop84.com. In case of non-sharing in whole or in part, with the General Conditions of www.pop84.com, you are requested not to use our website. Orders accepted before the change are subject to the previous general conditions of sale.

5. Jurisdiction

For any termination of the purchase contract deriving from disputes through civil or criminal proceedings, reference is made to the Court of the Municipality of Avellino.
